Too Far Ahead

On the way home with Miss C.

“Can’t wait for next term…”

Indeed. Looking forward to, in no particular order:

1. Baking classes
2. Wine tasting
3. Teach myself how to make macarons; “I Love Macarons” by Hisako Ogita continues to be merely admired visually
4. Explore Hong Kong
5. Read lots, in particular “Big Questions from Little People (and Simple Answers from Great Minds)” by Gemma Elwin Harris and “Five Love Languages
6. Cook more, bake more
7. Get rid of Bad Habits
8. Work on Projects
9. Write more
10. Make three course meal for parents

Peanut Butter & Jelly Milkshake, inspiration from what else, PJB sandwiches; partly from amazing Ed’s Peanut Butter Milkshakes and partly from the PBJ dessert at 22 Ships (new Tapas place in Hong Kong):

The Flavour Thesaurus Project
6. Grape & Peanut

One bottle of milk, one small tub of ice cream, one (more than one) tablespoon of Reeses Peanut Butter, blended; poured over one small tub of grape jelly spooned into a bottle.
